To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing to express my interest in any available opportunities at your establishment.
As a motivated and dedicated high school student, I am eager to gain valuable work
experience and contribute to the success of your team.I am proud of my academic achievements as a grade eleven student at Keswick High
school. I have consistently maintained a solid A average across various subjects,
demonstrating my commitment to learning and my ability to apply myself in an academic
setting. My coursework has provided me with a well-rounded education, fostering my
adaptability and critical thinking skills. While my work experience may be limited, I have actively participated in many volunteer
opportunities that have shaped my character and developed essential skills. For
example, I worked to help organize and run part of the St.Thomas schools Spring
Market. During the market I was the go to guy for all the vendors and organizers, as well
as ran the children’s activities. Additionally, I have volunteered a number of times in
classrooms, helping with activities and cleaning up of classrooms. My work with
McDonalds has taught me dedication and a good work ethic. All of these experiences
have strengthened my sense of responsibility and reliability. In my free time I spend the
majority of it in the outdoors.I am a quick learner with excellent problem solving abilities and a vast experience of
hands on skills for my age. This is due to the numerous hours I have spent honing my
skills in the outdoors. During my summers the majority of my time is spent running boats,
setting up camp, fishing and exploring secluded parts of Ontario. In the off season I also
spend most weekend’s ice fishing, hunting and exploring on foot, by snowmobile and
ATV. However, I am eager to acquire new skills and knowledge in a professional
environment, and am confident that my dedication and enthusiasm will contribute to the
success of your team. I am open to taking on any task or responsibility to learn and grow
within your business.I am excited about the possibility of joining your team and contributing to its mission.
Thank you for considering my application. I have attached my resume for you to review,
which provides additional information about my academic background and work
experience. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my skills and enthusiasm
align with the needs of your team in an interview. I am available at your convenience
and can be reached by either numbers I have given you.Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Benjamin Meade -
