Manotak Lodge has two full time seasonal positions open at our resort for the 2026 season. See below.

Cabin Cleaner/Kitchen and dining room staff:

Manotak Lodge has a full-time position at our NW Ontario 4 star resort. The position is full time and seasonal, from early May until September 20th. Person must be willing to re-locate to the lodge for the season. Manotak Lodge offers a competitive wage, room and board included, and gratuities. We are a great place to work for with exceptional guests.

Job is a combination of cabin cleaning and kitchen/waitress duties. Cabin work is cleaning, garbage removal, watering plants, laundry, painting, and stocking cabins with supplies. The kitchen work will be directed by the chef and will include duties such as assistance with food preparation for the salad bar or other items needed by the chef. Applicant will also take orders and serve food to the guests, wash dishes, and other general cleaning.

The position would NOT be limited to the duties above.

Must have valid drivers license.
Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Ideal for a person who loves the outdoors and looking to spend the summer on the lake.

Dock Hand/General Camp Worker:

Manotak Lodge has one full-time position at our NW Ontario 4 star resort for a dock hand/general camp worker. The position is seasonal, from early May until mid to around Sept 20th. Person must be willing to re-locate to the lodge for the season. Manotak Lodge offers a competitive wage, room and board included, and gratuities. We are a great place to work for with exceptional guests.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests

Maintain cleanliness of boats and fish house

Garbage collection

Fillet fish for guests – you MUST know how or be willing to learn how to fillet fish!

Lawn maintenance

Painting
