BEFORE SENDING PAYMENTS, PLEASE VERIFY YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT TO SEE IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR AUTO-RENEWALS
Some members have been eager to take advantage of the early bird pricing, so eager in fact, they accidently paid us twice! This is often due to members forgetting they signed up for autorenewals.
Not sure if you signed up for autorenewals? Follow these steps to verify:
- Log into your membership profile on NOTO’s website.
- Once logged in, if you have signed up for autorenewals, one of the following messages will appear.
- If your card is good and your membership is active: “ACTIVE will Auto Renew [date].”
- If your card expires before your membership is set to renew: “Important: “Your Credit Card expires before your Membership renews; please click “Update Credit Card” to make sure your NOTO Membership doesn’t expire!”
- If you cancelled your membership Auto Renewal: “CANCELLED but is active until [date]”
- If your membership expired: “EXPIRED as of [date]”
If you have accidently paid twice, please contact NOTO staff so that we may refund the duplicate payment.
