Tranport Canada Flight Duty Time Impacts

I know you are all working hard to get your businesses open for the season but as you may or may not know, Transport Canada has new regulations on flight duty times that came into effect December 12, 2022 that has serious implications for Air Carriers and their clients.

Data will be collected by NOTO and shared with the national Coalition of Northern Air Services and Stakeholders in order to support our advocacy efforts to obtain an immediate deferral or exemption to these regulations.
