Tourism HR Canada – Tourism Mental Health Survey

In effort to support the wellbeing of our industry’s workforce, Tourism HR Canada (THRC) is conducting a survey aimed at understanding and enhancing mental health in the tourism sector.

This survey represents a chance for us to come together as a community to address mental health challenges. By sharing your experiences and insights, you’ll help pave the way for a healthier, more supportive work environment that benefits everyone— from employees to customers.

 

Survey Highlights:

  • It takes just about 15 minutes to complete.
  • All responses are entirely anonymous, ensuring privacy.
  • The findings will help develop strategies to improve workplace wellbeing and employee satisfaction.

 

The findings will be used to develop simple and low-cost tools to make tourism workplaces more supportive and psychologically sustainable. The deadline to participate is April 5th, 2024.
