The Federal Government is ending the Remote Area Border Crossing program on September 13th, 2026. Applications are no longer being accepted. All individuals entering Canada that will touch land will need to report to CBSA in-person or at a designated telephone reporting site. We may hear some backlash from Americans and may see some impacts in the Fall. We will keep a watchful eye.
