The Ontario government is increasing the minimum wage from $17.20 to $17.60 an hour effective October 1, 2025.
Hunting, fishing and wilderness guides effective Oct. 1st will be as follows:
- $88.05 rate for working less than five consecutive hours in a day
- $176.15 rate for working five or more hours in a day whether or not the hours are consecutive
