NOTO Seeking Firm to Assist in Strategic Plan Development
NOTO has posted a request for proposal (RFP) with the goal of finding a firm that will assist in the development of a Strategic Plan as well as an Implementation Plan for the organization. Interested firms can submit a proposal based on the RFP that can be found at the link below. The deadline for submission is March 23, 2018 at 5:00pm.
