There are two ways NOTO can assist you with finding employees for the upcoming season:
On NOTO’s website, we have a discussion board that is available to members and the general public to use. We recently noted that in addition to job postings from tourism businesses there is a posting from someone seeking work. We will continue to recommend the use of this board to job seekers that reach out.
NOTO also has a Job Board on Indeed. This has proven to be an effective tool for assisting operators and we continue to offer this opportunity today. NOTO staff will list the job posting on behalf of your business, and we will forward any resumes we receive through this avenue to you as we receive them.
