Self-Assessments Tools: TEN’s, free Self-Assessment Tools are designed specifically for operators and communities within the Northern Ontario tourism industry. Each Self-Assessment Tool focuses on a particular tourism product and experience, such as the visitor experience, angling, auto and RV, nature and adventure, snowmobile and much more! These tools are designed to help you assess your current situation and determine what may need improvement to enhance your tourism experience within Northern Ontario and your region.
Fast Track to Success: Fast Track to Success is a one-on-one coaching program, delivered by a skilled consultant retained by Tourism Excellence North, otherwise known as a Training Specialist. Working with owners and operators during their operating season, the Training Specialist provides practical and useful advice to improve the operation. The coaching opportunity includes a pre-visit survey, an on-site visit by the Training Specialist, recommendations that can be implemented the next day and two post-visit opportunities for support.
