NOTO has received confirmation that all personal importations of bait is not permitted and will be refused entry at the border.
The reasoning behind the on-going ban is to protect Canada from invasive species and to uphold the intentions of Ontario’s Sustainable Bait Management Strategy in order to protect our natural resources.
