HIGHWAY 11 EXPANSION BETWEEN NORTH BAY AND HUNTSVILLE COMPLETED
The new four –lane highway expansion of highway 11 between North Bay and Huntsville was completed on schedule, according to an Ontario government news release.
The expansion is in keeping with investing in Northern Ontario roads, highway and Bridges as is documented in the Growth Plan of Northern Ontario. The expansion of Northern Ontario highways and development of its transportation network is especially advantageous to the travel and tourism industry. The completion of this important transportation infrastructure significantly reduces the time of travel from Toronto to North Bay.
