Due to numerous recent internet hacker attacks on NOTO’s Discussion Board, effective immediately any person or organization wishing to make a post in the form of an advertisement, discussion topic or any other form on the noto.ca Discussion Board will have to do so through the administrator. Please send your post to either myself, andre@noto.net or Laurie Marcil, laurie@noto.net and we will have it placed on the board on your behalf. Please ensure to include valid contact information.
The ‘create an account’ feature on the discussion board has been temporarily disabled due to these constant bots and spam attacks. Please note that the board is still accessible to the public. The only major change at this time is that you will be making your post through the administrators. This will make a significant improvement in our ability to manage and monitor the information being posted. If you already have an account, you may still be able to access the board and manage your own posting. For those with valid accounts please conduct business as normal.
Please spread the word that the board is still open to the public and please also share our contact information if someone is interested in making a post.
