Canoe Canada Outfitters
Canoe Canada was founded 50 years ago with one purpose: to provide everyone with equal access to the Quetico Wilderness. We started with canoe trips, sending families and youth groups (sometimes with as many as 120 participants!) into Quetico Park. As the years went by, we added fly-in outpost cabins in the White Otter Wilderness for those who were more interested in fishing than paddling.
We are so incredibly excited to be celebrating 50 years in outfitting. When I think of how far this company has come since my father, Bud Dickson, founded Canoe Canada in 1973, I feel so proud to be part of something that has been shared by so many. To all the staff and guests who have been with us over the years, thank you for making Canoe Canada what it is today. Honestly, we could not have done it without you.
