Rail-in to remote wilderness camp on VIA Rail from Sioux Lookout or Hornepayne. Fly-in from Savant Lake. Pkg. price fishing plan includes boat, motor, gas, plus two bedroom modern cottage with indoor plumbing or cabin & shower house at lower price. All located on an island connected to lodge area by 150 ft. footbridge. One walk-in modern cottage outpost on South Heathcote Lake. Fridge / freezer, well water, heating stove in all cabins. Only camp on 17 mile long, one-half mile wide Heathcote Lake, which is formed by the Flindt River flowing in at the south end and exiting at the north twin falls. Water up to 140 feet deep. 100's of islands, bays, coves and narrows with unlimited structure & shoreline. No roads. Flindt Landing is not a large camp, we accommodate about 25 people when filled. Cabins are well cared for and clean. Family owned and operated. 90% fishermen return. 9.9 OMC motors & 14' Naden boats. 14 lb Walleye, 30 lb Pike caught here.
