| Consultation on the Fuel Oil Code Adoption Document
TSSA is seeking public advice and input on the draft version of the 2025 Fuel Oil Code Adoption Document (CAD). The CAD adopts a series of national safety codes into regulation. There are 2 separate codes adopted in the CAD which was last updated and published in 2021.
The opportunity to provide feedback will be open until March 7, 2025. TSSA aims to publish the final CAD approximately one month after reviewing consultation feedback. If approved, this document will replace the current Fuel Oil CAD (FS-259-21) which can be seen by clicking here.
Three documents are provided as part of the consultation:
- A summary document of changes proposed
- A markup version of the CAD showing additions and deletions
- A clean version of the CAD as it may look when published
