| We are seeking input from operators to help us better understand the current Crown Land occupational authority landscape. Specifically, we are looking to gain insight from operators to help us identify any barriers that may be preventing them transition from Land Use Permits (LUPs) to long-term leases.
For those who already have leases, we also want to hear about your experience (costs, processing time, challenges and benefits).
Your feedback is critical in ensuring we are well-informed as discussions with the Ministry continue. Survey results will help us advocate for practical improvements that better support operators and improve security for land-use tenure across Northern Ontario.
