Spark Employment Services is a non-profit organization established in 1986 focusing on delivering exceptional employment and education services to the citizens of Greater Sudbury. Our mission is to provide quality, accessible services responsive to the needs of job seekers & employers through individualized solutions & mutually beneficial partnerships. Our integrated approach to service delivery, including job development, helps us understand and find people work that fits, and provide them the support they need to be successful.
Our services are geared towards both job seekers as well as employers. We serve businesses and organizations offering employment opportunities and who want to help transform the lives of jobseekers within the community. Working with Spark Employment Services would offer you, the employer, services and support that will positively impact not only your business or organization but will also contribute to making our community a more prosperous and thriving society.
What you can expect:
- Subsidized Job Placements -If one of our registered jobseekers is hired, we promise to subsidize their job placements by providing training and retaining incentive to you the employer.
- Training Incentives – If you decide to train any of our jobseeker, we provide you with a training Incentive and reimburse you for your training time.
- Job Coaching & Job Matching – If you are looking for workers, we can help you by finding a suitable candidate and matching them to your opportunity.
- Free Job Postings – If you are looking for workers and are confused which platform to choose to post out the job, we can help.
- Canada ON Job Grant (COJG) – If you want to provide your employees with valuable skills training, foster workforce development, and promote greater employer engagement in training initiatives, accessing COJG may assist.
- Open Hire – If you are looking for an innovative, groundbreaking approach to hiring, an Open Hire may be for you. This new recruitment methods is based on the principles of radical trust in human potential, fairness, and inclusivity by offering equal opportunities to all candidates.
- Workplace Legislation Support – Through skills development & policy review, we support employers ensure they are compliant with required legislations.
