A Word From NOTO’s President
Today as I look out my office window I see a wonderful blue sky and I can hear the birds calling to each other, some using their spring songs already. Here in Nolalu we still have at least 2 feet of snow in our yard and the thermometer is farther below zero than we would like but the days are getting longer and the sun is feeling warmer so the hope of Spring is in the air.
