BOB GILES Award presented to Ken Turner

This year’s recipient has been engaged in supporting the development of a regional approach to tourism in the Province. He served as Vice-President of the Interim Board of Directors for the Regional Tourism Organization (RTO) that was set up in the Algonquin Park, Almaguin Highlands, Parry Sound and Muskoka areas (RTO 12, now branded to consumers as “Explorers’ Edge”).
